About this demo
This demo site features currency conversion only for user reference. It means that user can switch currencies but the payment will be executed in store’s default (base) currency. In this case the base currency is GBP.
Before user is redirected to payment site (PayPal for example), he will see in his cart and checkout a final price to pay in shop’s base currency. For example, if he switches currency to USD, he will see all prices in USD, but when he gets to cart or checkout, below the final price in USD he will also see a final price in GBP (shop’s base currency). That way he will not be surprised to see GBP in PayPal (or any other payment gateway) after seeing USD in the store. This can be disabled in plugin settings.
